Therapy can be a difficult journey at times requiring work and commitment; it can also be hugely rewarding. In choosing a therapist, finding someone you feel at ease with, and someone you have a sense of being able to build trust with over time, is key to a good therapeutic relationship.
Rather than being there to “fix” something or someone, I work to collaborate and figure things out together with clients. I use a flexible approach including a relational model where I work with what emerges in the therapy room as well as reflecting on past experiences, and a client’s relational processes and patterns. Deeper therapeutic work can take time, and the process isn’t linear. You might have a clear dilemma you want to navigate or a question you can’t find the words for, or something else.

Initial consultation
I offer an initial, free-of-charge, consultation over Zoom (lasting about 15-20 mins), to answer any questions you may have, and to give you a better idea if we might be a good fit to work together. Following that, the next step would be an assessment session to talk in more detail about what brings you to therapy.
In-person and online
My practice rooms are located in southeast London, a short walk from Greenwich DLR station: Linear House, Peyton Place, London SE10 8RS. I both work in-person and online.
